All our deliveries are sent with proof of posting and damage insurance. Packaging is discreet and you will be notified when the parcel is dispatched. You will also have a tracking number with which you can trace here: http://track.royalmail.com
We aim to dispatch all orders received by 3 pm the same day Monday to Friday. Subject to items being in stock. In exceptional cases, we might ask you to wait a couple of days more for the goods to be dispatched, but you will be notified if this happens.

Lost or Undeliverable Orders
If your order is lost or damaged by courier, we will replace the order as soon as we have confirmation from the courier. If the item is not delivered because of incorrect delivery information, we will aim to contact you to rearrange delivery for additional costs.
We aim to use the best couriers in the United Kingdom, but we can’t guarantee the level of the delivery service provided by our collaborators. Please let us know if there are any problems with your delivery.
30 Days Guarantee
You may return the goods purchased from us within 14 days of receipt, unopened and sealed. We cannot accept opened items due to the nature of the products we sell.

According to the Uk and European law, we will resend or refund any damaged or expired goods received by our customer from us within 30 days after receiving the package.
